William Montague

William Montague has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2015, as Lead Independent Director since 2010, and as a Director of the Company since its Initial Public Offering in 1993. Montague’s qualifications include his ability to offer the perspectives of a former chief executive officer along with his extensive financial and accounting expertise acquired during his career with Mark IV.
