John Neil holds the position of Vice-President & General Manager for the Building Accessories Businesses.  John joined Gibraltar in 2016 as VP Strategic Operations after a 27-year career at Illinois Tool Works Inc., where he held leadership roles in sales, marketing, and general management.  John earned a B.S. in industrial management and business marketing from the University of Akron and an MBA from DePaul University.
