John Neil

John Neil holds the position of President and General Manager for Gibraltar Metal Roofing business. Prior to assuming his current role, John led Gibraltar’s Building Products business. He joined Gibraltar in 2016 as VP Strategic Operations following a 27-year career at Illinois Tool Works Inc., where he held senior leadership positions across sales, marketing, and general management. John holds a B.S. in industrial management and business marketing from the University of Akron and an MBA from DePaul University.
