Katie Bolanowski

Katie joined Gibraltar in November 2020 as General Counsel. Prior to joining Gibraltar, Katie was a corporate partner in Kirkland and Ellis LLP’s Chicago office.  She has extensive experience advising companies on complex acquisition and other financing transactions across a wide variety of industries.  Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pomona College and a law degree from the University of Chicago Law School.
